Welcome to the Intimate Mantra process. The Intimate Mantra process stems from over thirty years of research and experience. Intimate Mantra is a way of life, a direct avenue to true adulthood…and beyond. Intimate Mantra aims at promoting wellness at every level—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual—while guiding and supporting fellow humans on their journey to reconnect and realign with their true nature, in their own words.
An Unexamined Assumption
After years of research and inner work, we came to the realization that the root of our suffering, of our problems stems from a simple misunderstanding—an erroneous belief: the belief that we are separate entities, isolated from the whole; individual “I”s navigating life with a past, present, and future; subjects in a world of objects.
The fact is that the “I” only exists as a character in the mental narrative we call life: a useful fiction, acting as a practical tool for navigating a sea of stimuli. It is only when we mistake it for something real, it is only when we get caught up in the illusion of its separate existence that suffering begins to take root. This happens because we rarely stop to question its nature. Are we really who we think we are? What, exactly, is this "I"? Where is it located? Why are we so obsessed with it? Where would our problems be without it?
All it takes is a good look.

The Process
The primary goal of the Intimate Mantra Process is to confront the unexamined assumption that we are limited, autonomous entities—without esoteric or religious teachings, without lofty rhetoric, and without fantastical notions of unattainable states. Here and now, we focus on deconstructing this belief, mindfully, step by step, through clear and direct exercises, until we uncover the undeniable truth of our existence: simple, obvious, surprising! Aaaaah!
This is not about seeking. This is not about enlightenment. This is not about sitting at the feet of some guru. Trust us—we’ve been there. It’s way simpler than that. It’s about releasing the attachment to a depleting belief. It’s about freeing our focus, trapped in the wants and aversions of an attention-hungry “I,” and gracefully embracing the aliveness of the present moment. And let me tell you: it feels amazing…

Unique Format
The Intimate Mantra Process can be experienced individually or in a group, either onsite or online.
Onsite. Our week-long group process takes place in stunning natural locations, carefully chosen to help clear mental distractions and bring us closer to a broader perspective.
Online. While the onsite version offers the deepest level of exploration, we recognize that modern life often makes it difficult to step away from daily responsibilities. For that reason, we also provide an online format, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your home.
One-on-one. If you prefer one-on-one attention, the online option is also available for a fully personalized experience.
All formats include two weeks of post-session support to help you integrate the exploration and your new perspective into your routine.
