Talk and Co-Meditate

The session begins with a conversation where we’ll identify a negative pattern or emotional block that may be holding you back. I’ll then guide you to welcome and allow the block to exist fully, without resistance.

By being present with whatever arises—whether emotions, memories, or stories—you create the space for the block to fully manifest and be experienced.

Cleansing and Creating Space

As you stay deeply present and allow the emotional pattern or block to surface, you give it the opportunity to complete its cycle and transform.

Through this process, emotional energy is processed and released. Many of my clients experience a sense of peace, expansion, and acceptance as this transformation takes place.

Rewiring a New Pattern

With the old pattern or block cleared, there’s now room for reprogramming the subconscious mind. This is where deeply relaxing mindfulness practices come in.

I’ll guide you through a fully customized session designed to replace old limiting beliefs or emotional patterns with new, empowering ones, while reinforcing the sense of peace that comes with being present in the moment.

  • I am not a licensed therapist in the US, and these sessions are not therapy.

    That said, I’ve been a licensed psychologist in Brazil for over 30 years, where I gained extensive experience in psychological therapy, emotional healing, and helping people navigate significant life challenges, and I bring this background to our sessions.

    In the US, I hold an MA in Consciousness Studies and am currently pursuing a PhD in East-West Psychology. In addition, I am certified in yoga therapy (C-IYAT), yoga (E-RYT, YACEP), and yoga nidra (I AM Yoga Nidra, iRest).

  • While traditional therapy often focuses on analyzing and talking through problems, this approach goes deeper by combining emotional awareness, release, and subconscious reprogramming. It’s a more holistic and integrative process.

    However, this is not mandatory, and I’ll tailor the approach to your needs. The goal is to support you without overwhelming you with extra work.

  • The timeline for results varies from person to person, depending on the nature of the emotional patterns or blocks. While some clients experience immediate shifts in their emotional state after just one session, it typically takes longer to see sustained changes.

    These patterns may have been developing for years, so it’s natural for deeper transformation to take time. On average, clients start to notice measurable effects within about three months, with ongoing practice. This is typically enough time to clear old patterns and begin resetting your subconscious.

    Remember, transformation is a personal journey, and the process continues to unfold with each session, which is why consistency is key.
